Crown Point Rd Culvert in Shrewsbury, VT

Crown Point Rd Culvert Preliminary Design - Shrewsbury, VT

Rutland Natural Resources Conservation District is working with Fitzgerald Environmental Associates to design a culvert replacement project in the Town of Shrewsbury to restore fish passage and stream stability.

The purpose of this project is to replace an undersized and perched culvert crossing Crown Point Rd in Shrewsbury, VT to improve aquatic organism passage (AOP) and improve stream stability on an unnamed tributary to Mill River. This culvert is geomorphically incompatible and perched.
